Sophia Flörsch gave an interview for the first time a good one and a half weeks after her serious accident at the Formula 3 World Final in Macau.
“I’ve had a little rest here so far”, said Flörsch. And the 17-year-old is a fighter and soon wants to sit in the cockpit again: “Yes, sure. I’ll come back if I can.”
Sophia Flörsch has been back home in Germany since the beginning of the week and is not expected to drive any tests until February. Rehab comes first. If everything goes well, then full season preparation is also possible from March. The accident didn’t change anything about her goals. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for a quick recovery.
