Sophia Flörsch fährt im neuen Formula Regional European Championship.
Die FIA FR European Championship geht über 8 Rennwochenenden mit jeweils 3 Rennen. Genutzt wird ein Tatuus F3 Chassis. Das erste Rennwochenende beginnt am 14. April auf dem Paul Ricard Ciruit in Frankreich.

Rob Niessink, CEO VAR: „Drei Wochen vor dem ersten Rennen ist es natürlich nicht einfach in diese Serie einzusteigen, aber Sophia wird sofort mit der Vorbereitung beginnen. Das Team und auch Sophia sind guter Dinge, dass wir die Geschwindigkeit sehr schnell bekommen. Mit unserem extrem motivierten Team und Sophias unglaublicher Art zu fahren, werden wir das auch schaffen.“

Van Amersfoort Racing has decided: Sophia Flörsch drives in the new Formula Regional European Championship. The 2019 season of the FR European Championship contains 8 events with 3 races each. The season kicks off on April 14that the circuit of Paul Ricard in Le Castellet, France.
